I'm 28 years old, born in Germany and now living in Spain. My passion for helping people on their way to a healthy and active lifestyle has started many years ago, when I began my career as a physiohterapist. My main goal is to give people the confidence and fun to find their way of movement and to accompany them on their healing process.

I'm a physiotherapist and my way to give classes is health orientated and always including the goal of my client. No matter, if you want to keep your level of fitness, improve it or work on certrain musculoskeletal problems, we are finding a way.
