I would like to accompany you on this beautiful path, where you will get to know yourself in the exploration of your body and your emotions through movement and breathing. I want to share with you this discipline that has changed my life. My personal practice is Ashtanga Yoga, which is a method, a dynamic practice. But let’s start by recognising our anatomical possibilities and thus be able to reach a deeper practice.

We will practise yoga asanas, in Spanish or English, focused on the possibilities of each body, to generate flexibility without hurting ourselves and also becoming aware of our own body. We are going to manage to reduce stress little by little, generating increasingly conscious breathing.
