Acerca de Izabela
I completed a 200 YTT with the Tulasidalam Yoga Ashram and the Ayurveda course in Kerala (2011), as well as 200 YTT in Vinyasa in Barcelona (2019) under Mirian Alonso, a disciple of Shiva Rea. Certification obtained both in India and in Europe allows me to combine traditional yoga approach with the mindfulness, fluidity and creativity of vinyasa flow.

I bring a lot of enthusiasm to each class, making sure students feel comfortable and are looked after. I try to create a welcoming, relaxing environment with music interlacing with the dynamics of the practice. The classes are adapted to each student's needs.
