I started practicing yoga after a bad car accident, I was told that was the only way I could get better with my back and neck. I remember I couldn't sleep because of the pain and yoga has helped me through it all and now it's just a bad memory. My back is healthier then it's ever been. I would love to help people feel better and get mobility because I tried it in my own skin. Gaining mobility and flexibility is crucial for a better life.

I offer gentle flows and power flows to both strengthen and lengthen your muscles. I also introduce breathing techniques, pranayama and meditation. I alway ask my students what's their goal, some want to relax, some want to free their mindand some want to move their body and feel it stronger and gain mobility.
