I didn’t come to yoga because I was naturally calm. Quite the opposite—I struggle with anxiety and find it hard to slow my mind down. After more than 15 years of practice and a 500-hour certification in Hatha and Ashtanga, yoga remains the one place where I feel grounded. It’s something I genuinely love sharing.

We focus on proper alignment, breathing, and mindful movement. I use hands-on adjustments (with your consent) and clear, simple explanations to help you understand each posture.
My goal is to give you the knowledge and confidence to practice safely on your own—not to make you dependent on a teacher.
