Originally from Ireland and now based in Valencia, I am a Health and Performance Coach with over a decade of experience spanning clinical environments, elite fitness facilities, and global online coaching.
My career has been defined by a deep-seated passion for the intersection of physical and mental health, specializing in bridging the gap between injury rehabilitation and high-level strength and conditioning.
Having coached hundreds of clients through complex recoveries and lifestyle transformations, I move beyond "quick fixes" to provide science-backed, holistic strategies in strength, nutrition, and stress management.

How Remote Coaching Works
I provide a "gym in your pocket" experience that is often more effective than 1-on-1 in-person sessions:
Initial Deep-Dive: A comprehensive assessment of your movement, injury history, and lifestyle.
Customized App Access: Your daily workouts, instructional videos, and habit trackers are delivered through a professional platform.
Video Form Analysis: You send me clips of your movements; I provide detailed feedback to ensure you are training safely and effectively.
Weekly Check-ins: We meet virtually to review your data, manage stress levels, and pivot your plan as needed.
