Hey hey :)
I am Martha and Yoga has changed my life, I discovered my potential and my ability to live a full, peaceful and happy life.
I have studied and certified different Yoga techniques in Berlin and Columbia. I am also a certified wellness & health Coach.
Now I practice and share a holistic approach with Kundalini, Hatha and Vinyasa flow.
I dedicate myself to teaching classes so that these tools reach more and more people.
Yoga is a way of life and it is much more than postures. It is also about breathing, meditation, conscious eating, relaxation and how you open yourself to the present moment in each moment.
Whatever your age, your flexibility and your experience is, I suggest we discover all this together

Join me for a multi style yoga class. Online, 1on1 or in a group:
We will begin the Classes with guided breathing (pranayama and/or kundalini breathing) to arrive at the space. After we do a series of asanas according to the needs of each student, always by finding the balance of the body and breathing rhythm. We finish with meditation and restore peace and harmony to our body, mind and spirit.
