I am a UK-trained teacher with QTS and 18 years of classroom experience. I am currently a full-time teacher specializing in GCSE, IGCSE, and A-Level Chemistry, as well as the Spanish Bachillerato at the post-16 level.
I have extensive experience of exam focused teaching for the British curriculum and international examinations.

You may be a confident learner who is sure of the topics they need help with, armed with a list of questions to reach the very highest grades.
Equally, you may be a learner who feels lost and does not know where to begin.
Throughout my teaching career, I have developed an extensive range of experience, including working as an Advanced Skills Teacher, learning engineer, and educational coach with GROWTH Coaching International. I have also worked at flagship schools specializing in teaching students with EAL and SEND, and I have over 10 years of experience in school pastoral leadership.I am an outstanding classroom practitioner.
My teaching and learning approach is entirely student-centered, bringing together my deep knowledge of exam board assessments and my day-to-day experience as a full-time teacher. I deliver engaging lessons that provide real-world context to help students understand complex concepts. By framing the narrative so it is relevant to them, I build trust and confidence within the teacher-pupil relationship. Finally, I mentor and coach students to develop the self-reflective skills they need to successfully apply themselves to examination questions.
