I've always been very much into the concept of being healthy, to me it seems like a fundamental requirement to be truly happy and enjoy life to the fullest. Furthermore to make the people around you happy as well, because your well-being matters for the ones who love you, so you honour them too by taking care of yourself :)
I was born in Portugal, living in Valencia atm, 27 years old
Whether your goals are aesthetics, strength, stamina, overall-health or a mix of many, I'm happy to help out.
