Soy de Texas y viví en Houston y Austin, ahora vivo en Madrid. Trabajé por 2 años en una empresa de semiconductores. He aprendido español desde nivel 0, así que entiendo lo difícil que es aprender un idioma. Tengo ganas de seguir enseñando y ayudar a los profesionales a mejorar su vida con el inglés.

Hola, soy Thomas y he enseñado inglés por 3 años en escuelas públicas, y he enseñado “business english” por 2 años. Podría escribir el resto de esto en español, but I am 100% sure that the majority of students on this platform will understand if I write like this. My theories: “If you think it is interesting, I will learn it and come prepared to class.” This is my theory on teaching. I worked 2 years in the supply chain field, but graduated from one of the top business schools in Texas. This helped me have a broad knowledge of all topics in the business world. Any topic you want to talk about, I will ensure that I am knowledgeable in that subject and prepared to lead a discussion. I have taught marketing, cryptocurrency, mock interviews, accounting, and various other topics. “You are smarter than me.” You probably are smarter than me in your field of work. I have worked with managers, directors, etc, people who have a great deal of knowledge in their field, but they are not native English speakers. My goal is to teach my students, with natural conversation, how to sound just as smart in English, as they do in Español. In conclusion: I studied business and worked in the business world. I will ensure through texts, readings, speaking prompts, videos, etc, that you have the knowledge and industry specific vocabulary to express yourself in the best way possible, as a professional. Doy clases a todos los niveles de inglés. ¡Espero verte en clase!
