I’m an experienced musician and private tutor with over 12 years of experience teaching piano and voice to students of all ages and levels. I believe lessons should be personalised, practical, and enjoyable — because learning music should feel more like making music and less like doing homework!
My strengths are my professional musical training, educational background, patience, and ability to connect with students. I studied Opera at Ankara University State Conservatory, completed a Master’s in Educational Sciences, and have over seven years of teaching experience in the UK, working with students from a wide range of cultural and musical backgrounds.

My teaching combines technique, music theory, ear training, repertoire, improvisation, and creativity. I encourage students to understand the music rather than simply reproduce it, while building confidence, curiosity, and independence.
A typical lesson includes a short warm-up, technical exercises, work on repertoire, and creative activities such as improvisation or songwriting, followed by a clear and achievable practice plan.
