Graduated from Valladolid University with a degree in Journalism. Began teaching Spanish after the completion of courses for teachers of Spanish as a foreign language through the Cervantes Institute. Continued professional education by earning a Master´s degree in Teaching Spanish as a Second Language from Nebrija University. Accredited by the Cervantes Institute as a DELE Examiner in all levels. Experience teaching at the Center for Hispanic Studies at Nebrija University, in Language Schools such as the Cervantes Institute, and through online platforms such as Erasmus+ and tusclasesparticulares.com.

I always work with a communicative approach and tasks. I use a cognitive gramatics approach to explain Spanish grammar (the use of subjunctive and past tenses, ser and estar, por and para, and other problematic issues). My teaching methods are both effective and entertaining. Along with more traditional techniques, I use activities, games, videos, audios and ICT. The students are involved and participate actively in the learning process.
