I have been a corporate manager for many years up until I was diagnosed with cancer and had to undergo 16chemotherapies over the course of a year and a half. I realised Imust take ownership over my health and well-being. I finished Sports degrees at the University of Limerick in Ireland and have added many certifications to my portfolio over the past years. I want people to move more, be fitter, healthier and happier in their own bodies. I had a distorted body image for many years and my mission is to help you regain your joy and strengthen your physical health as it will impact your mental and immune health.
